Everyone has the capacity to lead. Leadership occurs at all levels, whether or not you lead a large company, a department or are collaborating in cross-functional teams. Assessing your natural strengths, determining what is needed in the organization and then aligning those is how you build your leadership voice. As a coach, my job is to help you find this voice and use it to advance your goals and deliver results.

TRANSITION COACHING
"What do I do next?"
Change is constant and entirely unavoidable. Leveling up from individual contributor to manager? Pivoting to a new specialty or industry? Successful onboarding to a new role or company? Figuring out where you should be in all of it and how you manage it can be difficult. Transition work with a coach is about developing new capacity for change.
